The record shows that you relied on information and direction provided to you, testified based on that information, and signed documents based on that direction. My focus is on whether that information and direction were accurate and consistent with the governing court orders.
Your email to Pamela reflects an understanding of how witnesses and experts were disclosed that is inconsistent with the January 31, 2023 Joint Expert Stipulation and the governing case management orders. That discrepancy is now being addressed through the court so it can be resolved properly and transparently. My offer to your attorneys to resolve this without further litigation was made in good faith and remains available.
I am not seeking to punish you or assign blame to you. My objective is to correct the record and to hold accountable those responsible for actions taken in your name that were not authorized by the court or were inconsistent with its orders. Those actions have had significant legal and financial consequences, including leaving you with substantial attorney-fee exposure and contributing to outcomes that have materially harmed me.
I understand this may be difficult to process. Your email to Pamela was important to me because it confirmed that you were operating under information that does not align with the procedural record. That email brought clarity to issues that have otherwise been mischaracterized and has informed how I am now proceeding.
If you wish to clarify or confirm your position regarding the statements you made to Pamela, I am open to hearing it. Otherwise, I will continue to address these matters through counsel and court-supervised process.
My intent is to resolve this through lawful procedure and judicial oversight, not to escalate conflict between us.
If Micheal is being paid by Glassman that is a huge conflict of interest for him that I am trying to address, before new "Abuse of Process" allegations are filed a pathway that may appear targeted at you personally, but when this is before the court those responsible will be the ones ultimately held accountable.
Please end this and allow me to assure not only your debit is erased, but also damages, as Camryn, June and Dustin have all suffered from this.
